The Westmoreland Fair is looking for commercial vendors and vendors specializing in crafts and other unique items.  All new vendors and items they are selling are subject to the approval from the concessions committee.  Please keep in mind that we are a family oriented venue, therefore, we do NOT allow the sale of guns, ammo, knives, drug related items, any and all items that contain suggestive pictures, language and profanity. Also, we do NOT accept applications from psychics, tarot cards or other psychic related vendors 


If interested, please print off all vendor forms below. Fill out the vendor application be sure to include all business information including all items that you plan to sale or distribute during the fair.  We will continue to accept vendor applications until we run out of space.

Mail the application and a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to the Westmoreland Fair at PO BOX 501 Pleasant Unity PA 15676. After your application is reviewed by the concession committee you will receive a two copies of a vendor rental agreement signed by a member of the fair staff.  You MUST sign and return the correct copy of the agreement to the fair office by the deadline date given to secure a location.  The remaining balance on the agreement MUST BE paid in full and a copy of your business’s general liability insurance certificate must be mailed to the office no later than August 1.

The board and concession committee reserve the right to deny any products listed to be sold or distributed during the fair.


Commercial vendors MUST be onsite all 9 days during the hours of operations stated in the vendor rules and regulations in the vendor contract.

Calling ALL crafters looking for some place to sale the craft items that you have made?? Well consider the Craft vendor program at the Westmoreland Fair.  You don’t have to be here the whole 9 days, now you can select to be here for the beginning half of the week or the ending half.

Beginning of the week (Friday, August 16 through Tuesday August 20)

  • Set up and be ready to open at 4 PM on Friday, August 16 until 11 PM
  • You MUST be open from 1 PM to 11 PM Saturday, August 17 through Tuesday, August 20
  • You CANNOT tear down until midnight on Tuesday, August 20 and everything MUST be removed at this time

End of the week (Wednesday, August 21 through Saturday, August 24)

  • Set up and be ready to open at 1 PM Wednesday, August 21 until 11 PM
  • You MUST be open from 1 PM to 11 PM Wednesday, August 21 through Saturday, August 24
  • You CANNOT tear down until midnight on Saturday, August 24 and everything MUST be removed at this time
