Musical Entertainment Submissions

Entertainment for the 2019 Westmoreland Fair has been selected. For submissions for the 2020 Westmoreland Fair, please email to westmorelandfair.com.

Only the entertainment selected will be notified by the Westmoreland Fair Office by no later than the end of March.

To have a band, performer or organization considered for the Annual Westmoreland Fair you MUST mail or email the following information to the Westmoreland Fair:

  1. Promo picture in a jpeg format – if selected this photo will be used in promotion materials created by the fair
  2. Bio for individual or group – please do not provide a bio for each member of the band – this information will be used in promotion materials created by the fair
  3. List of locations/events where band has performed over the last 1 to 2 years
  4. Links to videos of past performances, if available but not necessary
  5. The cost per performing for 2 hours with a 1/2 hour to 45 minute break after the first hour bringing your own sound equipment
  6. Point of contact information – Name, Phone number, email address and mailing address

This above information can be submitted from October 1 of the current year until January 1, the entertainment committee will review and consider only the bands/organizations that have provided all the above information.
